He also highlights a poorly executed investments by the Area Redevelopment Administration in Varney, West Virginia. Brock also points to the abuses of the Anti-Poverty Program as another example of what he sees as government mismanagement, misappropriation, and waste. Brock also addresses the instances of violence during labor-management disputes in several Tennessee cities, and why he morally and practically opposes them.
