Also at top of page: "Helen Holmes In the Great Railroad Film Novel The Girl & The Game" by Frank Hamilton Spearman who writes the story to date and a synopsis of the third installment. Further chapters will appear every Friday at the Grand Theatre and will be included each week in The Chattanooga Advocate.
Second page includes a letter "To the Colored People of the United States," advising that the Trustees of the Tuskegee Normal & Industrial Institute will be raising a Booker T. Washington Memorial fund of two million dollars in memory of Washington who passed away on November 14, 1915. The letter was signed by Emmett J. Scott, Secretary.
