Description This record is an advertising section to the Chattanooga Sunday Times, dated January 20, 1929, featuring American Trust and Banking Company (who presumably paid for the section). The section has a total of eight pages. The opening page features three photographs of the exterior of the bank building. Page Two features a picture from the opening day of the bank (Monday, December 24, 1928), along with a written history of the formation of the bank. Page Three features a brief written description of the physical features of the building, five photos of interior views, and one photo of an exterior view. The exterior view photo also showed Christmas decorations along Market Street. Page Four and Page Five features photos, names, and position titles for Officers, Directors, and Employees of the bank. Page Six displays two exterior photos and four interior photos of the bank. Page Seven shows eight photos of the bank interior. Two of these photos show the safe deposit vault. Three pictures show views of the basement of the building, particularly the heating and ventilation system. Page Eight, the rear page of the section, divides into two parts.
