b) Insert into menu dated January 2, 1952: "Walgreen's ALA Carte Menu (Items served from 11AM until closing)." At bottom: "Try That Thick Delicious Iced Milk Drink -- 'Shake a Plenty' 23 cents."
c) Insert into menu dated Saturday February 28, 1953: "Walgreen's Luncheon Menu" with day's specials. Most expensive item: Deep Fried Filet of Perch with Tartar Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Cole Slaw, Hot Rolls and Butter for 55 cents.
d) Small orange-colored notice of orange juice, with clip on top edge - apparently clipped to top of menu: "Walgreen's Perfect Orange Juice Prepared to Order From Tree Ripened Valencia's Freshly Frozen With all the Vitamins & Minerals of Three and one-half Sun Ripened Oranges. A large glass 15 cents."
e) Small piece of paper, apparently inserted or attached to the regular menu, with item "Stewed Chicken and Dumplings, Lettuce and Tomato Salad, Dressing, Rolls and Chrmery [?] Butter 60 cents."
