Object Name Poster
Catalog Number 2016.006.001
Description Original poster advertising the Rompo Frolique, inspired by B.B. Floyd in the 1890s. It was an idea to transform the face of Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, into an amusement park of sorts. An incline railway ran up and down the mountain bringing visitors to the various stores and sights along the way. There seems to be a roller coast ride pictured at the bottom of the mountain; however, this ride, and the idea in general, was never built.
