The newsletter, published by Miller Brothers Company, Chattanooga, is dated June 1948. The name of the publication, "The Chatulrom," is derived from the 3 cities, Chattanooga, Tullahoma and Rome, in which their company had a store.
This was the second issue of the magazine and the second page contains a message from I.C. Sieving and a photograph of the magazine's reporters.
On the third page is an editorial which expressed thanks to those who contributed to the first issue.
The articles include news from different departments, featured employees, and dedicated pages for the Rome and Tullahoma stores.
On the back cover is a drawing of the store.
