Roy Tuley (1916-1975) was a photographer for the Nashville Banner, and later at the Chattanooga Times, beginning in the 1940s. He established his own freelance business and became a well-known private photographer around Chattanooga in the 1950s and 1960s. He also flew with Harry Porter.
