Not available on the National Archives website. According to James A. Hoobler (Related publications): "In order to care for horses and mules, the United State military authorities constructed large corrals in Chattanooga. The one shown here were north of the rail line. . .The post corral is show [here]. A small Army Corps of Engineers castle sits on top of the building under construction."
