Description Collection of negatives related to theaters in the Chattanooga area.

d) Negative of the Lyric Theatre, the number 644 is visible in the bottom left corner. Negative was in brown, thumb cut negative preserver envelope with the number "6" written in upper left hand corner and "Lyric Theater" written in the name section. This image was done by William H. Stokes.

e) Negative of the Bijou Theatre, which opened in 1906 and was damaged by a fire on December 19, 1943. It was located on southwest corner of Walnut and 6th Streets. Negative was in brown, thumb cut negative preserver envelope with the number "9" written in upper left hand corner and "Bijou Theatre" written in the name section. At the bottom of the negative, 658 is written in the left corner. This image was done by William H. Stokes.
