Description Part of a collection of negatives related to Chattanooga City and Hamilton County buildings. A postcard of a new City Hall, which began construction in 1908. The Postcard is addressed to "Miss Effie McClenon Las Palmas, San Luis Potosi, Old Mex." and reads, "Oct 22-- Dear sister. Uncle Albert came in this morn. he has been chilling in Houston until he looks awful bad. He got here with 75 cts he said he is gone to Town to get his trunk. The children are better. Clifford is a great deal better. We are looking for you all. Uncle Albert said you were coming. Don't get too homesick until you can get here. --B." It is dated October 29 though the year is unclear. Circa 1910.
