a) Cars and people lined up prior to a parade, three automobiles and one truck made into a float. The float had red and white bunting with a large red cross and an older woman sitting in front of it wearing a circa World War I Red Cross uniform and holding a globe in her hands. They are next to the Old Custom House / Post Office on East 11th Street surrounding the cars and some people watching from windows. The station wagon on the left is a 1949 or 1950 Chevrolet.
b) American Red Cross station wagon taking part in a parade. It is raining and there are large crowds on the streets watching the parade. They are on Market Street near the corner of 6th Street in front of Dixie Shops.
