All four individuals are touching glasses in an apparent toast. The back of print has the description "Young Howard Baker."
Baker was elected to the U.S. Senate from Tennessee in 1966 and remained there until retirement in 1985. He was vice-chairman of the Senate Watergate Committee. Baker was Senate Minority Leader, Senate Majority Leader and later White House Chief of Staff under President Reagan.
